Location: the hotel was just off the centre of the town, the center of Jaén and El Corte Ingles. Luckily it was close to Heladeria Tentacion, had pastries there when it was hot outside. Our double room included a safe, a minibar and a work desk. The breakfast offered was reasonable and satisfactory.

Took me 10 minutes to get to train station. The rooms were air-conditioned, tastefully decorated, came with a mountain view, a double bed plus balcony.

The breakfast had a variety of selections, and the food was savory. I stayed in a king room that had a comfortable bed. - the hotel is in a prime location, with a bus stop close by. - Discovering the dessert restaurant Heladeria Tentacion just 1 km away was a nice surprise.

attention of the staff and tranquility in the room. WIFI worked properly. Spacious hall and good restaurant service.

At first the decoration of the room is very overloaded and out of date. cleaning of the room is correct, window panes are very dirty. layout of the room is strange, living room is wide, bed area is very narrow. There is too much furniture and a better distribution is required. In the bathroom, amenities are scarce and not replaced during the days of stay. hair dryer is antediluvian and not very effective. There is a lack of a more modern and larger TV. with a wider range of channels, With very few parking options outside. only possibility is to store the car in the hotel car park, is extremely narrow and suffers a lot to park a large car,

We asked for a standard room and there was a hot tub that could accommodate 2 people. The room was big, with a small room before the bedroom. Many channels on the television. . . The hotel, inside is more spectacular than outside. The bed is very comfortable and everything is very clean. The staff doing their job and making things easier. The breakfast without many frills but correct. The location is good and there are restaurants and tapas bars nearby.

Breakfast, it can be improved. That's right, but there's a shortage of variety. However, what it has is of good quality (natural juices, olive oil from the area, fruit with a fruity taste,...). The decoration of the rooms is a bit old-fashioned. The curtains and bedspreads could use a renovation, but that is a matter of personal taste and preference. You may like what is placed more or less, but it is well placed, it is not broken or worn, just something old-fashioned

The spacious room, the very comfortable double bed. Well located and good communication with the center of the city by means of buses, the stop is to little meters of the hotel as much of going as of return, we took as much to the going as to the return the nº 2 and very well. Price 1 euro per pax. The reception service is very efficient and friendly. You can park in the area, the hotel has its own parking. Of the breakfast we cannot say anything ( 11 euros by person I see it excessive for a coffee with milk with a toast, that is what my wife and I take). There are many cafeterias near the hotel with good service and price.

We asked for a quiet room and were given 405. It was a little quiet. The small balcony overlooks Madrid Avenue (communication artery). The door of the balcony is double glazed but still the noise of motorcycles and cars does not allow a good rest. A hotel of this high quality would have to study mitigating these noises.

"classic" atmosphere of the hotel and very friendly and close treatment of the staff, with the exception of the commercial director, something like that, who seemed a bit "over the top" to me. I love that "post-Victorian" style with brass handrails, curved glass, silk textured wallpaper, solid furniture. An atmosphere of functional and classic luxury but without the extravagance. I insist, I love it.

Apart from this small detail, I would also like to point out that maintenance is being neglected: hardness in some of the taps, open joints in some of the panels of the coverings, some squeaking in the hinges of the doors, aging of the door handles (especially inside), the shoes of the hinges of the bathroom window have slipped a little and it is difficult to close it, etc. Each of these things is almost insignificant in itself, but on the whole they show a trend. If it is not tackled, it could plunge the establishment into a sad decline perfectly avoidable with a little attention to detail.

I loved everything about the hotel. Excellent service, English-speaking receptionists, and met all my needs. Well-equipped rooms with good illumination. Affordable and tasty breakfast menu.

    Nothing, everything was great.

The room and the Lobby Bar were OK. The taxi to the city center costs only 4 euros.

Check out took more then 10 minutes. The main restaurant was closed during the weekend.

hotel is very good, entrance hall is really impressive (you can see it well going up in the transparent elevator) and truth is that you stay longer or come back soon. decoration of the rooms is classic and stately, cozy, bathrooms are modern and elegant. location is good, not too far from the centre of Jaén or the motorway, so you can park easily and go to eat in many places in the area. staff were very correct and friendly and were very flexible with our departure times, allowing us to use the pool on the day we left. bar they have in addition to the dining room is an interesting option to have a drink or a lighter breakfast without a buffet. wifi worked correctly both in the rooms and in the hall or the bar. rooms are well conditioned, we especially appreciated when we spent the night in August. the most important thing is the quality/price ratio, is one of the best I have enjoyed for a 4-star hotel. I will certainly come back if I have to stay in Jaén again.

It is a good accommodation except for some elements of comfort that can be improved and whose condition we did not understand. For example, it is very rare in the middle of August for a pool to be so dirty, with creams floating in the water and debris in the corners. The pool itself is very good, but we perceive some neglect in the maintenance of the water. On the other hand, the rooms have few plugs and are scattered. There were no bedside tables, so we found ourselves having to charge our mobiles in the TV socket or in the bathroom. It would be very easy to open more sockets in places near the bed. Finally, for some reason I didn't understand, the water in the bathroom taps in my room was always hot and we had to wait a long time for it to get a little warmer, so it was hard to cool off from the heat by drinking from there. The minibar didn't offer many options but this is not important because we didn't plan to use it anyway. It would be nice to have more things for another time.

Excellent staff. Food in the cafeteria was excellent. Beautiful surroundings inside. Decent pool area, surprising for a city hotel.

Noise of other rooms doors opening/closing travels easily across the central atrium. Perhaps not ideal for late sleepers!

The room was superb and this was the first time in Spain that we have been on a busy main road and the double glazing actually worked properly. The hotel is beutifully designed and tasteful. It was good to benefit from a half price offer too! Good parking facilities unser the hotel.

Only the sign outside, which was a bit out of keeping with the elegance of the rest of the building!

The hotel was beautifully designed with a modern and stylish decor that made for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to assist us with any queries. the location was perfect for our city trip, as it was located close to several great restaurants and bars, as well as being in easy walking distance to the major attractions of the city.

Our room was a bit noisy, with some external noise that could be heard throughout the day. the breakfast was a bit limited in terms of variety, although it was still of good quality.
